The "MArcEL - ELECTRIC AGRICULTURAL MACHINES" project aims to develop a system, fully integrated, consisting of a tractor equipped with a generation unit and a series of fully electrically operated equipment.

The project intends to develop the necessary technologies for controlling electric motors and actuators, the devices and architectures dedicated to the integration between machines with their sensors, the predisposition of the tractor, the generation system and remote data acquisition / storage systems. The tractor-electrified machine system will be born, therefore, equipped with all the elements necessary for complete integration in a context of precision farming.

In addition to the automatic management of cultivation operations according to crop variability and environmental conditions, it will allow to obtain information from field sensor networks (fixed or mobile) and to archive and manage data relating to environmental parameters, to crop development, the operations carried out, under the operating conditions adopted, to the functional parameters of the tractor and of the machines during processing.

Collaboration of 17 partners for the creation of a new Piedmontese supply chain.

3 Precision Farming​

We deal with environmental parameters, crop development, operations performed, operating conditions adopted, functional parameters of the tractor and of the machines.

4 The + system

The system will be more secure, cheaper, more efficient, more sustainable. All validated and certified in operating environments.
